The patented Drester cleaning method – the “Drester Way” – cleans the wheels with plastic granules and water. That’s all you need to get clean wheels, improved productivity and satisfied customers. If a wheel needs to be cleaned more thoroughly once in a while, there is a heater and a non-foaming bio-degradable detergent .

This patented and environmentally friendly cleaning method, well-known and recommended by major tyre- and car dealers and manufacturers, is perfectly harmless for your tyres and rims. It contains no harmful high pressure cleaning or aggressive chemicals. Furthermore, it is by far the cleaning method with the lowest water consumption, only 1 liter/washed wheel, and the lowest cleaning costs per washed wheel.

The Drester Way consists of three parts:

Two different kinds of plastic granules

– with different characteristics

The plastic granules and water are flushed onto the rotating wheel with pressure (but not high pressure that can cause damages and small blisters on the tyre!). The white plastic granules are hard and clean the dirt away, whereas the blue ones are softer and clean the rim like a sponge.

Closed water system – the best solution for efficient and easy waste handling

A Drester wheel washer doesn’t need special water connections or drainage. All you need is a power supply and compressed air. The closed water system enables efficient water purification and waste handling.

The dynamic flush pipe – specially developed for aluminium rims

The dynamic flush pipe is one of the unique features of Drester wheel washers. The flush pipe moves along the rim during the wash cycle to ensure an effective, yet careful, cleaning of aluminium rims.
